Summary
This study tests whether the drug dexrazoxane can prevent heart damage caused by chemotherapy in people with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). About 324 patients will receive either standard chemo plus dexrazoxane or standard chemo alone. The goal is to see if the drug protects the heart without affecting cancer treatment success.
