Tracking new antibody drugs in fight against rare nerve disease
NCT ID NCT06885957
Summary
This study is creating a registry to see how well different antibody-based treatments work for adults in China with a specific type of neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD), a rare autoimmune condition that attacks the nerves. It will track 200 participants in real-world settings to measure how often their symptoms flare up, monitor their safety, and look for changes in brain scans and blood markers. The goal is to gather practical information on managing this chronic condition.
