Summary

This study aims to find the best antibiotic for pregnant people whose water breaks too early (before 34 weeks). About 140 participants will receive either azithromycin or erythromycin along with standard care. The goal is to see which treatment helps the pregnancy last longer, reducing risks for the baby.
