Summary
This study aims to find the most effective way to dose two antibiotic combinations for treating serious infections caused by drug-resistant bacteria. Researchers will observe 60 adult patients who are already receiving these antibiotics as part of their standard care. The goal is to understand how different dosing methods affect treatment success and patient recovery.
