Summary
This study aims to find the best way to help hospital neonatal units consistently follow guidelines designed to reduce the use of a specific antibiotic (vancomycin) in premature babies. It will compare two different support methods for hospital staff across several participating units. The goal is to learn which approach works better to ensure these safety practices are used correctly when a baby is checked for a serious infection.
