Summary

This early-stage trial is for people with non-small cell lung cancer that has progressed in a few areas (oligoprogression). It tests whether adding the antibiotic vancomycin to precision radiation is safe. Participants take vancomycin for one week before and one month after radiation. The study monitors side effects like severe diarrhea and measures immune system changes. Only 10 people will be enrolled.
