Summary
This early-stage trial tests whether combining a precise form of radiation (stereotactic radiosurgery) with two immunotherapy drugs (MBG453 and spartalizumab) is safe for people whose glioblastoma has come back. The study includes 16 adults with recurrent GBM. The main goal is to identify serious side effects, not to cure the disease.
