First seen Mar 06, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding an immunotherapy drug (anti-PD-1) and an immune booster (thymalfasin) to standard chemotherapy (SOX) before surgery can help shrink stage III stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer. About 30 adults aged 18-75 with HER2-negative cancer will receive this combination. The main goal is to see how many patients have no cancer cells left in their surgical sample.
