NCT ID NCT06869590

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 23, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This study investigates whether certain antibodies (anti-HIF1a) are linked to liver damage in people with anorexia nervosa. Researchers will test 250 participants, including those with and without anorexia, to confirm earlier findings. The goal is to better understand the cause of liver problems in severe malnutrition, not to test a new treatment.
