Summary
This study tested two stannous fluoride toothpastes against a regular toothpaste to see if they better reduce gingivitis (gum disease). About 120 adults with mild to moderate gum inflammation used the toothpaste for three months. Researchers measured bleeding, gum inflammation, and plaque buildup.
