Engineered immune cells take on Hard-to-Treat lymphoma

NCT ID NCT07162012

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This early-phase trial tests a personalized cell therapy for people with a specific type of lymphoma linked to the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV). The treatment uses the patient's own immune cells, modified to recognize and attack EBV-infected cancer cells. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if the cells can control the disease in patients who have not responded to other treatments.
