New cancer drug enters first human tests

Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called ANS014004 in about 63 adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to other treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the right dose, and see if it can shrink tumors. Participants must have a specific genetic change (MET, ROS1, or NTRK alteration) and be healthy enough for treatment.
