NCT ID NCT07385079

First seen Feb 03, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This phase 3 trial tests whether adding the drug anlotinib to standard chemoradiation and immunotherapy can help people with high-risk nasopharyngeal cancer live longer without the cancer coming back. About 412 adults aged 18-65 with advanced throat cancer will be randomly assigned to receive either the new combo or standard treatment. The study is not yet recruiting and focuses on controlling the disease, not curing it.
