Summary
This study tested a new drug called XKH004 for people with moderate-to-severe active ankylosing spondylitis, a type of arthritis that causes back pain and stiffness. 323 adults took part to see if the drug could reduce symptoms like pain and improve movement after 16 weeks. The drug works by blocking certain proteins involved in inflammation.
