Summary

This study compares two standard surgical procedures for repairing a specific type of ankle injury called syndesmosis, often linked with ankle fractures. Researchers will randomly assign 140 adult patients to receive either a suture button or a Fibulink implant. The goal is to see which method leads to less pain, better function, and faster return to work.
