Summary
This study compares two surgical techniques for people with chronic ankle instability after a sprain. One is a standard open repair (Broström-Gould), the other is a newer, less invasive method using donated tissue (allograft). Researchers will track pain, function, and recovery time in 36 adults over one year to see which approach is better.
