Summary
This study tested a new ankle training machine in 14 athletes with chronic ankle instability. The machine allows for strengthening in multiple directions with higher resistance than standard bands. After six weeks of training, researchers measured muscle strength, balance, and jumping ability to see if the machine helps more than traditional therapy.
