Summary
This study is testing if carefully adjusting anesthesia medicine doses during surgery can prevent dangerous drops in blood pressure in older adults. Researchers will compare this personalized dosing method to standard fixed doses in 500 patients aged 65+ having abdominal surgery. The goal is to make anesthesia safer and reduce complications like confusion after surgery.
