Summary
This study looks back at medical records to compare two types of anesthesia used during cesarean sections for a serious pregnancy complication called placenta accreta. Researchers reviewed the records of 50 women to see if spinal anesthesia or general anesthesia led to better outcomes for the mother and newborn.
