Summary
This study will observe 84 adults having gallbladder surgery to compare two common anesthesia methods: desflurane with remifentanyl versus propofol with remifentanyl. Researchers want to see how each method affects oxygen levels in the brain during surgery and whether one leads to fewer complications afterward. No new treatments are being tested—just routine care is monitored.
