Summary

This study tests a new AI tool called ANCHOR that helps doctors double-check their decisions for high-risk patients. The trial involves 240 adults in Ohio, Washington, and Virginia who need complex care. Doctors will use either standard methods, AI assistance, or AI plus ANCHOR to see if the extra safety layer reduces mistakes like missed diagnoses or wrong medications.
