Summary
This study tested a new consultation method called M2-PRIME, which uses a simple analogy (garbage and lorry) to explain how the body handles sugar. 106 adults with type 2 diabetes on insulin and high blood sugar took part. Over three visits in six months, doctors used this approach to give advice and adjust insulin. The goal was to see if this method helps lower blood sugar levels.
