Summary
This study follows 100 adults who have surgery for a perianal fistula, an infected tunnel near the anus. Researchers will check healing, return of the fistula, and how surgery affects bowel control and quality of life over one year. The goal is to gather real-world data to help doctors and patients choose the best surgical approach.
