New hope for tough leukemia: experimental drug joins fight
NCT ID NCT03983824
Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new oral drug, M3814, when given alongside a standard chemotherapy regimen (MEC) for adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has come back or is not responding to other treatments. The main goals are to find the safest and most effective dose of the new combination and to understand its side effects. Researchers hope this combination will better control the leukemia and improve outcomes for these patients.
