Scientists track dangerous blood changes in leukemia patients
NCT ID NCT07343687
Summary
This study aims to understand how blood clotting changes in adults newly diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) before and after they receive intensive chemotherapy. Researchers will monitor 80 patients' blood clotting profiles to identify patterns that might predict bleeding or clotting complications. The goal is to gather knowledge that could help doctors better manage these serious side effects in the future.
