Summary
This study compares two chemotherapy regimens for adults aged 60-75 with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) who can handle intensive treatment. The goal is to see if a new combination (HAV) works better than the standard DAV/IAV regimen at improving remission and survival. About 41 participants are enrolled in this Phase 2 trial.
