Stem cells may help kidneys bounce back from sudden failure

Summary
This study tests whether a stem cell therapy called Amimestrocel can help people with acute kidney injury (sudden kidney failure). About 50 adults aged 18-75 will receive the treatment to see if it lowers creatinine levels and reduces the need for dialysis. The goal is to control the disease and improve recovery, not to provide a permanent cure.
