Summary

This study tested whether a 12-week online dance program is practical and enjoyable for young adults with Down Syndrome. Twenty participants took two 35-minute group dance classes each week. Researchers measured attendance, safety, and changes in fitness and thinking skills. The goal was to see if this approach could help lower Alzheimer's risk in this group.
