Summary
This study surveyed 121 adults with autoimmune diseases like lupus, Sjögren's syndrome, or scleroderma to find out how many use alternative medicines (such as herbal remedies or acupuncture). Participants filled out an anonymous questionnaire about their practices. The goal was simply to count and describe these practices, not to test a treatment.
