NCT ID NCT07207616

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study checked how much general nurses in Spain know about advanced life support (ALS) and tested a training program to improve it. First, 888 nurses from all over Spain took a quiz, and over 72% didn't pass. Then, 38 nurses in the Valencian Community took an online and in-person course, which boosted their knowledge. The findings show that many nurses need more training to be ready for emergencies like cardiac arrest.
