Summary
This early-stage trial tested a new drug called ALRN-6924, alone or combined with another cancer drug, in 142 adults with advanced solid tumors or lymphomas that had stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals were to find a safe dose and see if the drug could shrink tumors. The study focused on cancers with a specific genetic profile (wild-type TP53).
