First seen Mar 25, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study tests a new treatment called Enhanced ALPP CAR-T cells for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard therapies. The treatment uses a patient's own immune cells, modified in a lab to target a protein called ALPP found on some tumor cells. The main goal is to find a safe dose and see if the cells can shrink tumors or slow their growth.
