NCT ID NCT07004023
First seen Jun 24, 2026 · Last updated Jul 09, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study tests whether a single dose of AlphaWave L-Theanine, a supplement from green tea, can improve mental clarity and reduce stress in healthy adults who feel moderately stressed. Forty participants will take either the supplement or a placebo and complete computer-based thinking tasks. The goal is to see if the supplement leads to faster reaction times and better focus compared to a placebo.
