First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether a single dose of a supplement called Alpha-GPC can improve leg strength, power, and muscle activation in healthy, college-aged men who exercise regularly. Twenty participants will take the supplement and then perform tests like leg presses and jumps. The goal is to see if Alpha-GPC can give a short-term boost to muscle performance.
