Summary

This study tests a new drug called alnuctamab in 21 adults with moderate to severe lupus that hasn't improved with standard treatments. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can help control the disease. Participants will receive the drug and be monitored for side effects and changes in their lupus symptoms.
