New hope for advanced liver cancer: targeted drug trial launches

Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called ALN-BCAT, given alone or with an immunotherapy (pembrolizumab), in people with advanced liver cancer that has spread. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if the drug shrinks tumors. About 158 adults whose cancer has a specific gene change (WNT pathway mutation) and who have already tried at least one other treatment can join.
