Summary
This early-stage study tested a single dose of a new drug called ALMB-0166 in 24 adults with acute spinal cord injury. The main goal was to check if the drug is safe and how the body processes it. Participants had injuries between the neck and mid-back and were scheduled for surgery within 72 hours of injury.
