New wrap may ease pain after neck surgery

Summary
This study tests if a thin, natural membrane called AlloWrap can reduce swelling and improve recovery after a two-level neck fusion surgery. About 50 adults with neck problems like pinched nerves or slipped discs will take part. Half will get the wrap placed over the surgery site, and half will not, to see if it helps with healing.
