Summary
This early-phase trial tests a nebulized protein from donated fat cells in 7 adults with pulmonary fibrosis, a lung-scarring disease. Participants inhale the treatment every 3 days for 7 doses. The study measures changes in breathing, cough, and quality of life, and checks for side effects. It is a small, early test with no placebo group.
