Summary
This study tested whether adding an extra drug (ALLO-647) to standard chemotherapy before giving donor-made CAR T cells could help adults with hard-to-treat large B-cell lymphoma. Only 2 people took part before the study was stopped early. The goal was to see if the stronger prep improved how long the cancer stayed away, but results are limited due to early termination.
