Summary
This study is testing a simple questionnaire that helps doctors track how severe a patient's hay fever (allergic rhinitis) symptoms are over time. Researchers want to see if patients find the questionnaire easy to use and if the scores it provides are reliable for tracking the condition. The goal is to improve how doctors monitor this common allergy during regular check-ups.
