Summary
This early-phase trial tests two targeted drugs, crizotinib and alectinib, in people with a rare form of advanced bone cancer that has a specific genetic change (truncated ALK). The study enrolls about 10 adults whose cancer has worsened after standard treatment or who have no good options left.
