Summary
This study tested a digital app called alivis for people with borderline personality disorder (BPD). The app was meant to help manage symptoms like mood swings and relationship problems. The trial was stopped early, but researchers wanted to see if using the app along with usual care could reduce BPD symptoms and improve daily life. About 286 adults with BPD were enrolled.
