Japan launches real-world check on hemophilia drug alhemo

Summary
This study follows 23 people in Japan who are already prescribed Alhemo for hemophilia A or B. Researchers will track side effects and how well the drug works in everyday use over about 2 years. The goal is to confirm the drug's safety outside of controlled trials.
