Summary
This study aims to understand the natural course of Alexander Disease, a rare disorder that affects the brain and nervous system. Researchers will track 200 participants over time, measuring how the disease impacts movement, speech, swallowing, and quality of life. The information gathered will help design future clinical trials to test potential treatments.
