Summary
This study tests a drug called alectinib in children and teens with ALK fusion-positive solid or brain tumors that have stopped responding to other treatments or have no standard options. The goal is to see if the drug is safe, how the body processes it, and whether it can shrink or control the tumors. About 42 participants will take alectinib pills, and researchers will monitor side effects and tumor response.
