Summary
This study tests a new drug, ALE.P03, that delivers a cancer-killing agent directly to tumor cells with a specific marker (CLDN1). It is for adults with advanced or metastatic cancers of the cervix, lung, colon, bile duct, or bladder that have not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to find the safest and most effective dose and to see if the drug can shrink tumors.
