First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study tests whether a daily food supplement containing aldehyde dehydrogenase (ALDH) enzyme can reduce tremor severity and improve daily functioning in 40 adults with Essential Tremor. Participants take the supplement for three months, and researchers measure changes using standard tremor and quality-of-life scales. The goal is to see if this enzyme can help manage symptoms without changing current medications.
