Summary
This study looks at whether adding a smartphone app to brief counseling from a nurse can help men with alcohol use disorder avoid relapse. About 74 men aged 18-59 who own an Android phone will be split into two groups: one gets only nurse counseling, the other gets the same counseling plus a mobile app for monitoring and support. Researchers will compare relapse rates over three months to see if the app makes a difference.
