Fatigue-Fighting supplement tested in liver cancer patients

Summary
This study tests whether a dietary supplement called β-alanine can reduce fatigue in people with advanced liver cancer who are receiving standard immunotherapy. About 158 participants will take either the supplement or a placebo alongside their regular treatment. The main goal is to see if it improves tiredness and quality of life.
